If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the refund time period of 30 days you will be given a full refund of the amount paid. No questions asked.
No refund is available after 30 days from sign up.
Accounts cancelled/terminated by us for violating our Terms of Service Policy do not qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming or warez, you will not be given any refund.
To receive a full refund please let us know why you are not satisfied. This collation of information will be used to improve and provide the highest quality service possible for our present and future customers.
To cancel your hosting plan and receive a full refund click the Contact Us link on the main page and we will commence the cancellation. Any cancellation request will be effective upon receipt and you will receive an email to confirm the cancellation has been completed.
Refund of all monies due will be made not later than the last day of the month in which the cancellation request is received. Monies can only be refunded using the PayPal system.
